Privacy & Data Handling

How CV Sorter on ezgrabber Tools Platform, operated by Ezgrabber Private Limited, stores and deletes curriculum vitae.

Where CV files live

Each profile and its original file belong to one workspace. Original files live in the private cv-files bucket, under that workspace. When an upload cannot be stored there, a copy is kept with the profile in the database. Each workspace opens only its own CVs. CV text, up to 12,000 characters, is processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to extract details.

Deleting one CV

Deleting a CV removes that profile and the original files stored for it. A file saved later on that same profile is removed with it.

Deleting all CV data

The workspace owner can delete all CV data from CV Sorter settings, including after a plan or trial has ended. That removes every profile, original file, and Gmail or Drive connection for the workspace. Import counts stay. They record how many CVs were added for the trial cap and the monthly limit, and they contain no CV text. Google token revocation is best-effort. The workspace and its staff logins stay so the owner can keep using the tool.

CVs sent to the workspace's forwarding address keep importing unless forwarding is switched off. Gmail and Drive messages may be imported again if those accounts are connected again. Backups at our database provider may keep deleted data for a limited time.

Accounts and payments

Administrators at Ezgrabber Private Limited manage accounts, access, and payments. CV rows stay inside the workspace that saved them. Technical operators at Ezgrabber Private Limited who have database access could read stored CV data. They do that only with the customer's consent for support.
