Terms of use

These are starter terms for ezgrabber Tools Platform, operated by Ezgrabber Private Limited. Have a lawyer review them before you rely on them.

Accounts

You sign up with your own email. A new account stays pending until Ezgrabber Private Limited approves it. We may suspend an account that misuses the platform.

Access

Opening a tool requires an active account and a grant that has not expired. A public price in the catalog is an offer to buy that period of access. Private tools are built for a named customer and are not listed.

Payments

Prices are in Indian rupees. Online payments, when enabled, are processed by Razorpay in the name of Ezgrabber Private Limited. Cash and UPI can be recorded by an administrator. Access is granted when the payment is marked paid. Receipts on this site confirm that record. They are not GST tax invoices unless a GSTIN is shown.
